परिश्रमी र मेहनतीको सुन्दर उदहारण हुन भन्दा अतिशयोक्ती नहोला आस्था बिन्दु मल्ल । द.कोरियामा जातियताको नाम देखी लिएर क्षत्रियता सम्म अनेकौ संस्थाहरु छन । ५०औ संस्थाहरुको बिचमा बौद्दिक वर्गको ठुलो जमात पनि छ कोरियामा जस्लाई सोन्सिकले आबद्द गराएको छ । बौद्दिक जमात अर्थात बिद्दार्थिहरुको साझा संगठन सोन्सिकको आठौ अधिबेसनबाट परिश्रमी नेत्रित्त्वो पाएको छ आस्था । स्पष्ठ वक्ता तथा फरासिली आस्था बिन्दु मल्ल तनहुँ माझकोटमा एक्लो सन्तानको रूपमा जन्मेकी रहिछन । पढाईमा तिक्ष्ण र मेहनतको संमिश्रणले गर्दा आज यो स्थान सम्म आउन सफल भएको ऊनको ठम्माई छ । माद्यामिक तहको शिक्षा लब्रेटोरी माद्यामिक बिद्दालय जेभियर आकाडेमी लाजिम्पाट बाट बि.एस्सी र त्रिभुवन विश्वोबिद्दालय बाट एम एस्सी सम्मको अध्यान पछी कोरियामा आई योन्से विश्वोबिद्दालय बाट बायुमण्डलिय बिज्ञानमा पिएच.डि गरिरहेकी आस्था हाल सौल विश्वोबिद्दालयमा रिसर्चरको रूपमा कार्यरत छन ।
हाल कोरियामा रहेका स्थानिय संचार माध्याममा ऊनको उल्लेख्य रूपमा उपस्थित छ । केही हप्ता अगाडी अपरिचित जस्तो अनुहार आज निकै ठुलो जिम्मेवारका साथ स्थानिय संचार माध्याममा चर्चित छ । संचार माध्याममा भएको बाक्लो उपस्थितिलाई स्वभाविक ठान्दै अलिक गंभिरताका साथ प्रस्तूत भईन र भनिन मैले सामाजिक सेवालाई आफ्नो ब्यक्तिगत जिबनमा समेत ढालेकी छु । म परिवारको एक्लो छोरी ठकूरीको संस्कार बाट हुर्केर अन्तर्जातीय विवाह गरेकी महिला त्यो समाज संग डटेर सामना गरेकी छु । परिवारमा बिद्रोह गरेकी महिला हुँ भन्दा पनि हुन्छ मन्द मुस्कानका साथ भनिरँहदा छेउमै रहेका ऊनका श्रीमान भने आफ्नो ब्यवसायमा ब्यस्त देखिन्थे ।
हामी सोन्सिकको भावी कार्ययोजनाका बिषयमा प्रवेश के मात्रा गरेका थियौ संस्था प्रती ऊनको दायित्वो लगायत आफ्नो नेत्रित्त्वोमा सोन्सिकले नयाँ ऊचाई लिने खाका समेत प्रस्तुत गरिन । भन्छिन नेपाली समाजमा कुनै पनि पुरुषले महिलालाई एउटा बन्द घर भित्र सिमित राख्छ अपवादको रूपमा कमै मात्र महिलालाई अवसर दिईन्छ । बौद्दिकवर्गको बिचमा महिला लडेर आउनु त असम्भवप्राय हुन्छ,तर म लडेर सामना गरेर नेत्त्रित्वोमा आएकी हुँ गर्व साथ ऊनले भनिरँहदा ऊनमा आत्मबिश्वासको भकारी रहेको प्रस्ट झल्कन्थ्यो । मैले पुराना कार्यसमितिका साथीहरुका राम्रा कामलाई निरन्तरता दिंदै नयाँ योजनाहरुलाई नयाँ ढंगका साथ अगाढी बढाउने छु भनेर के मात्रा भन्न भ्याएकी थिईन २ वर्षको आफ्नो छोरीले आमाबुवाको सहयोग बाट स्काईपद्दरा घण्टी बजाईन छोरी भन्दै कम्प्युटरतिर लागिन आस्था प्रसन्न मुद्रामा । करूणायिक आगाप्य माया झल्कन्थ्यो त्यो आमाछोरीको ममतामयी वार्तालापमा हामी नेपालींक परिवार प्रभावित भाईराखेका थियौ ऊनको छरितो कार्यशैली र मेहनती स्वभावमा ।
सोन्सिकलाई नै मध्यनजर गरेर गफ्फिएका हामी ऊनको मेहनती कार्यशैलीले धेरै पाठकहरुलाई सकरात्मक प्रभाव पार्छ कि भनेर ऊनको योग्यता देखी ब्यक्तिगत जीवनमा समेत खोतलेका थियौ । सामान्य महिला भएर पनि ऊनको योग्यता कार्य क्षमता साथै ब्यक्तिगत जीवनमा देखिएको ऊनको वास्तविकता वास्तवमानै अनुश्रण गर्न योग्य रहेछ । सौलमा निकट भविष्यमा “नेपाल डे” जहाँ पूर्ण रूपमा बिद्दार्थिहरुको सहभागीतामा गर्ने सोच बनाईसकेकी आस्था योन्से विश्वोबिद्दालय बाट बैदेशिक बिद्दार्थिहरुको बिचबाट सर्वोतम लिडरको पुरस्कार समेत पाईसकेकी रहिछन । आस्था सोन्सिकलाई नयाँ उचाई दिन आफुले भरमग्दूर परयत्न गर्ने बताईन । अझै पनि कोरियामा पढ्ने बिद्दार्थिलाई नेपालमा हेर्ने नजर फरक रहेकोले यहाँका बिद्दार्थिहरुपनी विश्वोस्तरिय छन भनी संवन्धित निकाय सम्म आफ्नो कार्यकालमा पुराउने दाबी सेमत गरिन । अब्रहाम लिंकनको भनाई लाई सापट लिदै भनिन “हामी सबैमा कर्तब्यको अनुभूती हुन्छ । कोसिस गर्नु हामी सबैको कर्तब्य हो । मैले पनि त्यही गरिरहेको छु।” सोन्सिकले आँफूलाई एउटा गहन जिम्मेबार सुम्पेकोले कोसिस मात्र नगरेर नमूना बानाएर कार्यकाल सक्ने दाबी गरिन । सबै पक्षलाई समेट्ने आफ्नो प्रमुख दायित्वो रहेको र पुराना भूपु नेत्रित्त्वोहरुको कदमलाई पनि निरन्तरता आँफूले दिने आस्थाले बाताईन । बिभिन्न सामाजिक काम देखी गैरसरकारी संस्थानमा विभिन्न अहोदामा रही काम गरिसकेकी आस्था वास्तवमानै महिलाहरुको लागि नमूनानै हुन।
द.कोरियामा रहेका विभिन्न सामाजिक संस्थाहरु सँग समन्वय गर्दै अगाडि बढ्ने बताईरँहदा ऊनमा नेत्त्रित्त्वो गर्ने कौशलताले खचाखच भरिएको आत्मविश्वास झल्कन्थ्यो । अनी ब्यवसायमा समेत हात हालेकोले पढाई देखी लिएर सामाजिक कार्यलाई कसरी ब्यबस्थापन गर्नुहुन्छ ? प्रश्न गर्न नपाँऊदै श्रीमान (कुलेन्द्र पुन) लाई देखाउदै भनिन म कहिल्यै पनि ब्यवसायी बन्ने सोच पलाएन यो त श्रीमानको पेशा हो । हामी एकअर्कका परिपूरक हौ तर क्षेत्र भने फरक छ तसर्थ मलाई ज्योतिको संचालक हैन सभापतिको रूपमा मात्र लिन आग्रह गर्दछु । छेउमै बसी घरिघरी हाम्रो गफ सुनिरहेका ऊनका श्रीमान कुलेन्द्रले मौन समर्थन जनाई व्यबसाय प्रती ऊनको रुची आँफूले नदेखेको बताए ।
चिया गफ भाईरहदा ऊनले निर्बर्तमान सभापति प्रकाश धमला, डा. कृष्णचन्द्र देवकोटा, डा. केशब नेपाल देखी डा. देवी बस्नेत लगायतलाई धन्यवाद दिदै सोन्सिक प्रती कोरियाम ठुलो विश्वास कतिपय संस्थाका प्रमुखहरुले संपर्क गरी दिएको बधाईले आँफूलाई उर्जा मात्र नदीई प्रमाण गरेको बताईन। नजिकिदै गरेको एन.आर.एनको अधिबेसन सफलताका साथ सम्पन्न होस् र सोन्सिकका सुभेच्छुहरुलाई धन्यवाद दिन समेत भ्याईन । ऊनको लबजमा यो झल्किन्थ्यो कि ऊनले गरेका अठोटमा सोन्सिकले साच्चिकै एउटा योग्य नेत्त्रित्वो पाएको कुराकानीको बखत महशूस गर्दै ऊनको कार्यकालको कामना गर्दै नेपालिंक टोली बिदा लियो ।

Its great chance that we can read this articles. No doubt, she is a dynamic lady ( it is already proved that she is good mother, good wife, good student and good leader). Still some of our Thakuri family are not fully happy and satisfied that she married intercaste. But we are very happy in her progress. I hope,this articles may not encourage the young Thakuri girls to get married intercaste instead it could be good examples of hard working and deligent like her. All the best for her presidency.
